The ultimate goal of following the teachings of Christ is to be able to hear Him say:
-“Enter into my rest;”
-“Well done.”

-Eternal peace, joy, and gladness in a place of no sickness, sorrow, pain, troubles;
-Our name written in the Book of Life. (Rev. 3:5)
Genesis chapters 6 & 7 give us the story of the man Noah, to whom God gave a command to preach and build an ark for 120 years because He, God, would destroy the earth by a flood.
